If you have a trigger, action step, or path that you want to use in multiple Zaps, you can now copy and paste that step or path across different Zaps. (This is in addition to being able to duplicate and reorder action steps or paths with a Zap.)
You can copy and paste from within the Zap editor, or the Zap editor outline - just click the three dots icon and choose your option from the dropdown menu.
This will:
- Allow you to create a step once and not have to build it again
- Reuse steps across Zaps that take similar actions
- Make your Zap creation faster and less prone to error
