Zapier Chatbots is a beta product. It’s available for use, but still in active development and may change.
A disclosure message appears alongside the greeting and lets you inform users that they are talking to a chatbot or offer links to further resources, for example. This is turned off by default.
To show the disclosure message:
- From your Chatbots home, click the name of the chatbot.
- In the Advanced tab, scroll down to find the Display disclosure message in Greeting toggle and click the toggle. A new text field will appear.
- In the Disclosure message text field, edit the content. You can use Markdown to style the message.
- Click Save changes.
