Brevo and Zapier work together to automate your email marketing and sales. You can use triggers like new contacts or email activity to automatically add contacts, send transactional emails, or manage deals.
Prerequisites
To use the Brevo app on Zapier, you must have:
- You must have API permissions to create an API key in Brevo.
Connect Brevo to Zapier
Find your Brevo credentials
To find your API key, refer to Brevo’s instructions.
Connect to Brevo on Zapier
To create an app connection to Brevo on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Brevo.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Enter your API Key.
- Click Yes, Continue to Brevo.
Your Brevo account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

- Find Company - Retrieve the details of a company in Brevo using either its name or ID as input. If a company name is provided and multiple companies share the same name, the most recently created one will be retrieved.
- Find Contact - Check if a contact exist in Brevo. Contact can be found by either email or mobile number. If both are supplied, only the email will be used in the query.

Limitations
- API rate limits apply. Most endpoints have a limit of 100 requests per hour (RPH), with some critical endpoints like email sending having higher limits (1000 RPS), but these limits can cause 429 "Too many requests" errors if exceeded.
