Prerequisites
To use the LinkedIn Ads app on Zapier, you must have:
- A LinkedIn Campaign Manager account with proper permissions:
- You must be assigned as both the Account Manager or Campaign Manager role on the ads account in the Campaign Manager tool, as well as the Company Page Admin or Lead Gen Forms Manager role.
- At least Viewer permissions within the LinkedIn ads account to connect LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with Zapier.
- For using the New Event Form Response trigger, you will need permission as super admin or content admin of a company page.

- A paid Zapier plan, as LinkedIn Ads is a premium app on Zapier.
Connect LinkedIn Ads to Zapier
To create an app connection to LinkedIn Ads on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select LinkedIn Ads.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into LinkedIn Ads to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your LinkedIn Ads account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

- Remove Email from Audience - Removes an email address from an Audience.
- API Request (Beta) - This is an advanced action which makes a raw HTTP request that includes this integration's authentication.
Limitations
- Only one app connection per LinkedIn profile is allowed at one time. You cannot share credentials across different Zapier accounts.
- Authentication expires every 60 days and requires manual reconnection to continue receiving leads.
- Test records cannot be received from real account data. Triggers can only receive test data sent through LinkedIn's testing tool during setup.
- All test records from LinkedIn's testing tool have the same Lead ID and cannot trigger the Zap.
- When using Add Company to Audience action, audiences only appear in dropdown if they were created using Zapier's Create Audience action.
- Field mapping breaks when LinkedIn form field names are changed, requiring retesting and remapping.
- LinkedIn API enforces rate limits with maximum number of API calls per 24-hour period, resetting at midnight UTC daily.
