Symptoms
When reviewing a Zap run, you get the error message “App’s API is experiencing technical issues.”

Causes
This can happen when:
- The app is undergoing maintenance or experiencing an outage.
- The app’s API is malfunctioning due to issues on the app’s side.
- There is a temporary network connectivity problem between Zapier and the app’s servers.
How to fix it:
- Check for app issues. Go to the Zapier Status page to check the app status if there are any ongoing outages or scheduled maintenance.
- Replay Zap runs: Once the issue is resolved, you can either replay the Zap run manually or enable Autoreplay to automatically replay the Zap run.
- Reach out to the app’s support team: The app may have its own status page or support channels where you can find information about known issues or ongoing outages. Contact the app’s support directly to inquire about the problem and see if they have an estimated resolution time.
