This product is in open beta. It’s available for use but still in active development and may change.

You can automatically reorganize your canvas to make it easier to see how the steps are connected. You can do this for the whole canvas or for specific steps.

Clean up the whole layout

You can automatically organize the whole canvas by using the Clean up layout shortcut:

Mac: ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + Y
Windows: Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + Y

This will straighten connectors and put steps in order based on how they are connected and the process' starting point.

Clean up specific steps

To reorganize only a subset of your steps:

From the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, click the Select tool.
Drag the cursor over the steps you want to get recommendations on.
A panel will appear. Click:
- Auto layout for selected steps (left to right) to organize them horizontally.
- Auto layout for selected steps (top to bottom) to organize them vertically.

Note

Text boxes will not be moved when you clean up your canvas layout.
