Feel more confident in your workflows by adding a Human in the Loop step! With Human in the Loop, you can pause a Zap and have a human review before your workflow continues running. It’s valuable when you want a little more oversight of your workflows. It lets you validate, correct, or submit additional data for your workflow’s steps. Human in the Loop offers the following events:

  • Collect Data action: pauses the Zap run so you can ask for additional information. You can then map that data to subsequent steps in your Zap.
  • Request Approval action: pauses the Zap run and requests that a reviewer to approve or change data you submit for review before continuing the Zap. 
  • New Approval Requested trigger: triggers when a specific Human in the Loop step runs in another Zap. It’s a way to send a custom notification from Human in the Loop to any other app on Zapier.
