• Eligible Google Ads actions: You can use any of these Google Ads actions for free:
  • Add Contact to Customer List 
  • Add Contact to Customer List with Email 
  • Send Offline Conversions 
• Free task usage: You’ll get 2,000 free tasks to use with each eligible Google Ads action each month, per user. This means these actions will not count towards your task usage.
• Eligibility: This offer is available to Zapier users who have not either connected Google Ads to their Zapier account in the last 6 months, or have never connected Google Ads to their Zapier account. This includes users on any Zapier plan, including the free plan.
• Activation: The offer will be activated automatically when you run your first Zap that contains one of the eligible Google Ads actions. 
  • All other actions in your Zaps are still subject to usage plan limits.

This offer will be available to all eligible Zapier users from October 24, 2024 onwards.

Why are only specific Google Ads actions included in the offer?

These actions—Customer Match and Offline Conversions—let you tap into your most valuable data to reach the right people at the right time. If I downgrade my Zapier account during the limited-time offer, what happens to my Zaps?

Zaps that use Google Ads will still be eligible for the offer. All other Zaps that do not use Google Ads will be subject to your new plan limits.

What happens if I exceed the 2,000 free tasks in a month?

Any additional tasks used for Google Ads actions beyond the 2,000 free tasks will count toward your plan’s task usage limits. If you run out of tasks, your Zaps will be paused until you either upgrade your plan or the next month begins.

Do I need to activate anything to start receiving free tasks?

No activation is required. The offer will automatically be applied when you run your first Zap that includes an eligible Google Ads action.

What happens to my free tasks if I stop using Google Ads in my Zaps?

If you stop using Google Ads in your Zaps, the free tasks will no longer apply. Only Zaps using the eligible Google Ads actions will benefit from the free tasks during the promotional period.

What if I upgrade my Zapier plan during the promotion?

Your free tasks for Google Ads actions will remain the same (2,000 per month). However, other Zaps will follow the task limits of your new plan.

Can I track my usage of the free tasks?

Yes, you can track how many free tasks you’ve used on the Billing and Usage page. The Google Ads free tasks will be listed separately from your regular task usage.

Will the free tasks carry over to the next month if I don’t use them all?

No, unused free tasks do not roll over. Each month you’ll receive 2,000 new free tasks for Google Ads actions, and any unused tasks will expire at the end of each month.

Can I use the free tasks with multiple Google Ads accounts?

Yes, as long as the Zaps include the eligible Google Ads actions, you can use the free tasks with multiple Google Ads accounts.
