The "Problem updating node" error usually occurs if you have security software like an anti-virus program or a pop-up blocker in your browser that is blocking the connection from your Zap to one of our servers.
1. Try another browser
First, try using Zapier in another web browser, particularly something that isn't using any plugins or extensions. If it works on another browser, it's likely that there are plugins or extensions installed in your regular browser causing an issue. If that's the case, try turning off each plugin or extension one by one to identify which one is causing the error to occur.
If you can't turn any of them off, you may need to use Zapier in an alternative browser that doesn't have any additional plugins or extensions.
2. Try another device
If you have access to another device (e.g. a different computer), try seeing if the error occurs on your other device.
3. Check your corporate network connection
It's possible that the error may be caused by your corporate network, as these can filter your connections to certain websites. Try using a different network, or as your IT department if can allow visits to www.zapier.com.
