Flodesk and Zapier work together to automate your email marketing and subscriber lists. You can use triggers like new subscribers to automatically create, update, or manage subscribers across different segments.
Prerequisites
To use the Flodesk app on Zapier, you must have:
- A Flodesk account. The app works with both free and paid Flodesk plans.
Connect Flodesk to Zapier
To create an app connection to Flodesk on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Flodesk.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Flodesk to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Flodesk account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Flodesk does not provide real trigger samples from your account, only generic samples are provided.
- API rate limiting is enforced at 100 requests per minute. If you exceed your rate limit, the API will return a 429 error.
