Connect to Glean on Zapier

Glean uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

For Glean non-admins For Glean admins

Glean Subdomain

To find your Glean Subdomain:

Log in to your Glean account at https://app.glean.com.
Log out of your Glean account.
Log back in to your Glean account.
The subdomain will appear in your browser’s address bar. For example, if the address is app.glean.com/?qe=https%3A%2F%2Fmydomain-be.glean.com, then your subdomain is mydomain-be.

To find your Client API Token, contact your Glean admin.

To create a Client API token:

Log into your Glean account at https://app.glean.com.
Navigate to Admin > API tokens
The Client API token must be:
- A user-scoped token (not a global-scoped token).
- Include the scopes the SEARCH and COLLECTIONS.

Is there any additional info?	Yes	When creating custom actions for Glean, you'll need to edit the API endpoint URL using the code editor to ensure proper functionality.
