Kajabi and Zapier connect to automate your course business. You can trigger when forms are submitted or purchases made and create submissions or grant offer access.

Prerequisites

To use the Kajabi app on Zapier, you must have:

An active Kajabi account (any paid plan - Kickstarter, Basic, Growth, or Pro).
At least one purchase, form submission, or completed assessment on your Kajabi site (depending on the specific Zapier connection you want to create).
A paid Zapier account, as Kajabi is a premium app on Zapier.

Find your Kajabi credentials

To find your API Key and secret, refer to Kajabi’s instructions.

Connect to Kajabi on Zapier

To create an app connection to Kajabi on Zapier:

Go to the Apps page.
Click + Add connection.
A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Kajabi.
Click Add connection.
A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
Complete the following fields:

API Key: Enter your Kajabi API Key.
API Secret: Enter your Kajabi API Secret.

Click Yes, Continue to Kajabi.

Your Kajabi account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

This integration is exclusively for New Kajabi. It is not compatible with Kajabi Next.
