LeadConnector and Zapier connect to automate marketing workflows. Trigger actions when pipeline stages change and update contacts or opportunities.
Prerequisites
To use the LeadConnector app on Zapier, you must have:
Connect LeadConnector to Zapier
To create an app connection to LeadConnector on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select LeadConnector.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into LeadConnector to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your LeadConnector account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
API rate limits apply. LeadConnector uses GoHighLevel's API which has rate limits of 100 requests per 10 seconds (burst limit) and 200,000 requests per day (daily limit).
