Connect to Sage Intacct on Zapier

Sage Intacct uses session authentication to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • Sender ID
  • Sender password
  • Company ID
  • User ID
  • User Password

Additional authentication instructions

  • A Web Services user will be separate from your User ID and User Password (the ID and Password you use to log into the Sage Intacct).

About Sage Intacct's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only  
Is a paid Sage Intacct plan required? Yes
  • A paid Sage Intacct plan is required. View Sage Intacct's plans.
Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • In Sage Intacct, you must have access to a Web Services User, which consists of a Sender ID and Sender Password.
  • Only Sage Intacct Admins can create Web Services Users. They must subscribe to Web Services before they can create Users.
  • Learn more about Sage Intacct's account permissions.
Are there usage limits? Yes
  • Zapier users using the Sage Intacct app are required to use your organization's Web Services, Sage usage costs may apply.
  • Rate and usage limits depend on the "Performance Tier" your organization 's Sage Intacct account.

Are there pagination limits? No  
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes
  • Custom fields are supported for all triggers and actions except the Create Contact action. 
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Not applicable
