We're excited to announce the launch of our new Support Portal, designed to streamline your interactions with our Support team and provide you with a more comprehensive overview of your support history.
You can now easily access the Support Portal directly from the top right navigation of the Help Center by clicking on My Requests.
Within the Support Portal, you will be able to:
- Review your existing and past conversations with Support: Gain a clear history of all your interactions, making it easier to track progress and refer back to previous solutions.
- Submit new requests to Support: You will be directed to our contact form where you can submit a new ticket.
- View conversations which you are CC’d on: Stay informed about relevant support discussions where you are included.
- Reply to existing conversations: Easily respond to ongoing support threads directly within the portal, keeping all communication in one place.
- Mark conversations as solved: You now have the ability to mark conversations as solved, allowing you to indicate when your issue has been resolved or your request is complete.
Accessing the Support Portal is simple: You can sign in using your existing Zapier login credentials.
Zapier believes this new Support Portal will significantly enhance your support experience, providing you with greater transparency and control over your interactions with our team. We encourage you to explore the new portal today!
