With Lead Score by Zapier, you can search for additional information about your leads. Lead Score is powered by MadKudu.

You can only make 500 requests per month. If you go over this limit, the Zap will error. If you need to make more than 500 requests per month, or you need additional lead features, you can use the MadKudu integration instead.

You can use an email address to search for a lead. This will return information like the name of the lead, the lead’s company and company size, industry, and location.
1. Add a lead score action
- In the Zap editor, click the Action step or click the plus icon + to add a step to your Zap.
- Search for and select Lead Score by Zapier.
- Click the Event dropdown menu and select Find Person and Company Information.
- Click Continue.
2. Set up the lead
- In the Action tab, click the Email field and select an email field from your Zap trigger or an earlier action.
- Click Continue.
3. Test your step
- Click Test step. If any lead information is found, it will appear here.
- Click Close.

Lead Score returns value labels for your leads in the field customer_fit. The possible values are:
- Low
- Medium
- Good
- Very good
Leads with a “very good” customer fit are usually seen to convert about 10 times more than leads with a “low” customer fit. You can use this information with a Filter step to get rid of any low-value leads.
When you’re done, you can continue setting up your Zap.
