Each Chatbots plan has a different size limit for knowledge sources, measured in bytes. Learn how to check your knowledge source usage.
This product is in open beta. It’s available for use but still in active development and may change.
If you reach the limit for your plan:
- You will not be able to add new knowledge sources.
- Scheduled syncs that exceed the limit will be disabled.
- Manual syncs will error if they exceed the knowledge source limit.
To fix this issue, you can:
- Upgrade your plan to get access to a larger knowledge source limit.
- Remove an existing knowledge source.
