Knowledge sources in Zapier Chatbots can be files, webpages, apps, or tables. The amount of information you can use as a knowledge source depends on your plan and is measured in bytes.
This product is in open beta. It’s available for use but still in active development and may change.
You can see how much knowledge source you have already used on the Knowledge menu of your Chatbots account.
- From the Chatbots home, select your chatbot.
- In the sidebar, click Knowledge.
- The usage bar appears on the top right of the screen.
