In the Audit Log, you can monitor activities performed across your entire account so you can easily track changes.

View account activity
On the Audit Log page in your account settings, each log entry includes the following information:
- Activity: a summary of the account activity that was performed.
- Object: the specific asset, like a Zap, where the activity occurred.
- Performed by: the actor who performed the action. When Zapier performs the action, the performer is “Zapier System”.
- Date: the timestamp when the action occurred.
The Audit Log displays the following actions in your account:
Account
Member added to account | A new user was added to the account. |
Member logged in | A user in the account logged onto Zapier. |
Member permissions updated | A user's member permissions were changed. |
Member removed from account | A user was removed from the account and no longer has access. |
App migrations
App migrated for connections | Zapier migrated an app to a new version. During this process, your app connections were migrated too. Displays which version the app migrated to and how many connections were migrated. |
App migrated for Zaps | Zapier migrated an app to a new version. During this process, affected steps in your Zaps were migrated too. Displays which version the app migrated to and how many Zaps were migrated. |
Connections
Connection created | A user connected their app account to Zapier. |
Connection deleted | A user deleted their app connection. |
Connection owner changed | A user transfered ownership of their app connection to another user in the account. |
Connection reconnected | A user reconnected their app account to Zapier. |
Connection shared | A user shared an app connection with other users in the account |
Connection stale | A connection expired and requires reconnection. |
Connection unshared | A user stopped sharing an app connection. |
Human in the Loop
Human in the Loop collected data | A Human in the Loop step successfully collected data. |
Human in the Loop request approved | A reviewer approved a Human in the Loop request. |
Human in the Loop request rejected | A reviewer rejected a Human in the Loop request. |
Tables
Table created | A user created a new table. |
Table deleted | A user deleted their table. |
Table import started | A user began importing data into a table. |
Table updated | A user updated their existing table. |
Table view created | A user created a new table view. |
Table view deleted | A user deleted an existing table view. |
Table view updated | A user updated an existing table view. |
Variables
Global variable created | A user created a new global variable. |
Global variable deleted | A user deleted an existing global variable. |
Global variable updated | A user edited an existing global variable. |
Zaps
Zap approval request approved | A super admin or owner approved a change request. |
Zap approval request cancelled | A user cancelled their change request. |
Zap approval request denied | A super admin or owner denied a change request. |
Zap approval request sent | A user submitted a change request for approval. |
Zap created | A user created a new Zap. |
Zap deleted | A user deleted a Zap. |
Zap disabled | A user turned off a Zap. |
Zap discarded | A user deleted a Zap. |
Zap owner changed | A user transferred ownership of their Zap to another user. |
Zap restored | A user restored a Zap from the trash. |
Zap switched off | A user turned off a Zap. |
Zap switched on | A user turned on a Zap with the existing version. |
Zap version enabled | A user turned on a version of their Zap. |
Zap version published | A user published a new version of their Zap. |
Limitations
- The Audit Log only supports actions for Zaps.
- The Audit log is only available to users on Team and Enterprise plans.
- In Team accounts:
- You must be the owner of your account.
- 6 months of account activity is available.
- In Enterprise accounts:
- You must be a super admin or owner.
- 12 months of account activity is available.
- In Team accounts:
