Zapier uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) wherever it can help users achieve more with our products. This is an overview of some of the AI features that Zapier offers, but not an exhaustive list of all places where AI may be used, and may be subject to change.

Product	Features that use AI
Zaps Workflows that connect your apps to automate repetitive tasks.	Copilot and AI Zap builder: these optional features use AI to create a new Zap. Describe the workflow you want and get trigger and action steps suggested for you. AI-powered troubleshooting: Troubleshoot from within your Zap run errors to understand the issue and find step-by-step instructions to resolve it. This is an optional feature. Formatter with AI: This optional tool helps you discover formatting options right from the step you’re building.
Zapier Tables A no-code solution to store, edit, access, and share the data you need to power your Zaps.	AI fields: The AI field allows you to connect a Zapier table field directly to OpenAI. You can create a prompt, have the prompt reference data in the table, and generate content. This is an optional feature.
Zapier Interfaces Interfaces lets you create custom web pages and apps with interactive components for your users.	AI Theme generator: This optional feature adds the ability to describe what kind of theme you'd like to use and generate different color options.
Zapier Chatbots Custom-branded chat apps that can be embedded directly within your website, with the power of Zapier and AI.	AI-based product
Zapier Canvas Canvas is a diagramming tool that helps you visualize, plan, and automate your processes.	Recommendations feature: This optional feature uses AI to recommend steps that could be automated.
Zapier Agents Zapier Agents uses AI to automate and complete tasks on your behalf.	AI-based product
AI Actions The Zapier actions infrastructure used by third-party apps.	AI-based product that uses Zapier infrastructure.

Note

Zapier offers the ability to connect over 8,000 applications; as such, customers may choose to connect AI apps that are not considered part of Zapier’s infrastructure and are not listed here.
