Zapier products
Zaps
Zaps are workflows that connect your apps together to automate repetitive tasks. They consist of a trigger, which is an event that starts a Zap, and one or more actions, which are events the Zap performs. When you publish your Zap, it will run the action steps every time the trigger event occurs.
Tables
Tables is an automation-first database solution. Tables lets you store, move, and take action on your data so you can move your work forward faster. It is AI-ready to serve as custom data sources and knowledge for your AI workflows.
Interfaces
Interfaces is a no-code way of creating custom web pages and tools with interactive components for your users. Interfaces can connect to Zaps and Tables, allowing you to move information between apps seamlessly.
Chatbots
With Chatbots, you can embed a custom-branded chat experience using the power of AI directly within your website.
Agents
Agents is a tool to create AI agents that can automate your tasks using the power of Zapier's thousands of apps. These AI-powered assistants do work on your behalf, performing actions independently or when you interact with them.
MCP
MCP, or Model Context Protocol, is an open protocol that standardizes how applications provide context to large language models (LLMs). Zapier MCP provides you with a server endpoint for connecting your Zapier account to an AI client, such as Claude or Cursor. When you use Zapier MCP, you can add Zapier's library of apps to your AI, allowing it to interact with your existing apps and take action in them directly from your AI conversations.
Canvas
Canvas is Zapier’s AI-powered diagramming tool that helps you visualize, plan, and automate your business processes. You can create systems that include manual and automated steps, add Zaps, Chatbots, Tables, Interfaces, and many other apps, share these systems with others, and invite team members to collaborate.
Functions
Functions is a code-first Zapier tool that enables developers and other technical users to build, maintain, and run automated workflows. Use Python code to interact directly with your Zap triggers and actions. Functions lets you authenticate your own app accounts easily, use multiple triggers and actions, create and reuse Python functions, and import the most common packages.
